The program is designed to be a gentle yet powerful and effective way to relax. It will develop your self-awareness to become mobile, flexible, stable and strong. Through this program, you will understand that pain, tightness, sickness and chronic fatigue are indications that we are off the track of our purpose and healing is the return to that purpose.  Price: $75 per 60 minutes session / $350 for a 5 session package (Not refundable and expires in 6 months from date of issue). Semi-Private sessions are $100 per 75 minutes session.


Meditation & Yoga

First Friday of Every Month 

This will be an introduction to meditation practice followed by Asana (movements) practice. The class is for all levels and anyone is welcome. We will meet monthly (every first Friday of the month).

Restorative Yoga brings harmony to the body's rhythms and brings you to a state of 'being' and the mind becomes quiet. It promotes profound relaxation with supported poses, breathing practices, and meditation. Release tension from your body and mind and restore energy and joy. No prior yoga experience is required. Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. The classes include sun saltations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breath work). This practice will build strength and aid balance while reducing stress and increasing mindfulness and vitality.

Hot Yoga is a comprehensive set of yoga postures specifically designed to strengthen, heal, and transform. The class is practiced in a moderately heated, humidified room and leads students through a detoxfying mixture of strengthening, lengthening and balancing poses that is both challenging and relaxing. This practice is truly all-levels - beneficially for beginners and advanced practitioners a like.

The program will help officers to build strength, confidence, and knowledge of yoga in a safe, supportive environment . This program will improve balance, reduce stress, decrease the risk of injury, and increase vitality and flexibility while exploring energy and intention, and gaining greater self-awareness. Will learn to be more comfortable in your body, mind,  and spirit by being fully present with your body through mindful movement, classic postures, and conscious breath.
